Every client should be be well educated regarding their potential investment. We will only accept investments from clients who are aware of the risks inherent in securities trading. Trading in the financial markets, including foreign exchange trading and investment in derivatives can be very speculative and may result in losses as well as profits.

Seven typical questions that a prospective investor should ask:
1. What is the goal of the investment? It should match the expectations of the client. Is the expectation growth, income, stability.
2. What is the investment strategy? It should detail the range of securities that the investment may purchase, the selection process, the security types and the investment practices which are expected to be used.
3. What are the main risks associated with the investment? Understanding risk is critical to being an informed investor. Familiarity with the potential risk is the only way that the client can evaluate the potential risk.
4. What are the management fees and other expenses? All fees and expenses associated with the investment need to be disclosed upfront and need to be agreed in writing as part of the investment contract.
5. How is the investment managed? All entities involved in the fund management, such as the fund holders and fund managers, need to be identified.
6. How do I make an investment? The client should understand all the steps which are necessary to proceed with the investment, including any potential charges.
7. How do I liquidate my investment? The client should understand all the steps necessary to exit the investment, including any potential charges.

Whenever possible, we strongly recommend that we hold a face to face meeting with the prospective client, to discuss the investment. It is very important for the prospective client to understand the potential risks and rewards of the venture.
